This week, npr.org posted a fantastic interactive gallery of images for a feature titled “The landscape art legacy of Florida’s highwayman.” Developed to accompany a feature previously aired on All Things Considered, this presentation includes stunning images, narrative video and compelling audio, all packaged together in a simple, yet engaging interactive experience. The The highwaymen sold thousands of idyllic paintings by the roadside of Florida’s Route 1, and this presentation provides a glimpse into that history.
